Air cooling system

image

The engine takes care of combustion but as the combustion occurs the temperature of the engine raises and thus some cooling system has to be employed to drop down the temperature of the engine. If the engine temperature keeps increasing there is point where the engine comes to halt, so for continuous running of the engine the temperature has to be maintained using an air cooling system. The air cooling is mostly used in motor cycles, cars etc, the cooling system can also be done with the help of water. For small engines we go for air cooling and for larger engines we adopt for water cooling. The air cooling system needs less care and maintenances when compared to the water cooling system. The air cooling system is especially advantageous in extreme climatic conditions and places where availability of water is very less. The air cooling engines are of lesser weight when compared to the water cooling system. Thus the engine has to be cooled regularly and air cooling system dissipates the heat produced in the engine to the atmosphere and thus maintains the temperature of the engine. Thus the air cooling systems increase the long working of the engines.
